Roasting this longer, turning the beans almost black, and bringing the natural oils out, for an intense, caramelized taste. A European style dark roast. Blending only high-grown coffees that are dense enough to stand up to this roast. The deep, dark beans brew a bold cup of coffee. Intense and smoky with a dark molasses flavor. This coffee is buttery with some slightly floral notes.
