Tips & Tricks
Use only filtered water - not distilled or tap water. Never pour boiling water on coffee, let it cool for 30 seconds off the burner.
Contrary to popular belief, don't store coffee in the freezer. Seal your coffee airtight and store it in a dry and dark place.
Rinse & Preheat
Rinse your filter with hot water to remove any papery taste. The hot water also preheats your mug and brewing device, which gives you a stronger extraction and keeps your coffee hot.
