Origin Information: This single origin specialty coffee comes from Finca El Chucho, run by Ruben Higuita in Peque, Antioquia and sourced by Direct Origin Trading. Grown at 1900-2000 meters with a very hard bean density and complex flavor this coffee is exciting. We roast it to a medium almost dark roast and this allows a strong smooth chocolate flavor to come out any way it is brewed.
